I haven't played Xbox in about 2 years as I had a PS3 and really only played multi-platform games. I just traded My PS4 for an Xbox One and want to know if there are any demos?

Xbox Live is a lot different now then I remember it???? Like borderline confusion.......

I have Battlefield 4 for PS4 which I want to trade for Xbox One version as well.

So my question is are there any games (demos) for Xbox One and what are some tips? I used to go to Teamxbox.com but that site just got really like messed up (what happened)

Thanks , I been gone from the gaming scene for a minute and want to get back, I only play casually
peace

As far as I know there are currently no demos on Xbox One. I'm hoping that'll change.

And welcome to the site!

The lack of demos is disappointing but I am sure the size is making it prohibitive to produce them. I am going to miss the XBLA feature which forced games to have a demo...so far, I don't think KI is the only 'budget' / xbla title with a demo.

Kinect sports nba live and fifa are the only available demos, Ki has a demo as well.

That's a little disappointing to hear . I discoverd a lot of games I normally wouldn't play and bought them due to have a great demo . I hope this changes as it seems like a step backwards in the "digital is the future " campaign .

FIFA has a demo? Nice. Didn't know that. But I'll skip NBA Live 14. lol

Digital is the future should take advantage of the demo sale model, but just because it has not taken advantage thus far does not mean its a step back.

Its also a new console, and this time there is a very different and ever changing landscape; this means that most publishers at launch are going to ride the "launch goggles" purchases by consumers. We'll see the demos, it'll just be a few months.

I only know of the kinect sports rivals preseason, fifa, and nba live.

How do I access the demo for Fifa?

I clicked on the game and the only option I seen was to buy it.... I am currently downloading Killer Instinct as it's the game I saw that said try for Free.

This dashboard honestly seems real busy and I would be welcomed if they fixed it. I guess maybe last gen is still better for gaming, what the Heck is happening here.........

Bing "downloadable demo" and FIFA, NBA Live, and Sports Rivals will all come up. I can't seem to find em any other way.

nice, id like to try NBA Live, I didnt think there was any demos. How do we delete the demo since there is no hard drive management at this point? (which is crazy)

demos are listed separately in the new release section, it would be more ideal if the 'download demo' button was a part of the games main page.

1 step forward, 2 steps back.....

If you pay for a Gold Service I thought that covered some of the parts of the Demo. I mean they could always make it "Time Exclusive" if they are really worried about sales. Just goes to show you how great last gen really was.........

They probably didn't have time to make demos yet. I expect some by early next year. I mean, these companies it's very hard to get a game out on schedule, let alone at the launch of a next-gen of hardware.
