Ready to go. $200 for X1 OG 500gb from EB. I'll take it. More like $226 of value since tax is excluded off this part.
I decided to pre-order today from BB, after a year of fence sitting on the X, and without yet a 4K set of my own.
I'm not sure why some of you are freaking out already about your order, when it releases next week. They aren't going to ship it yet. Probably Thursday or even Friday, depending on the service.

Not going to have a 4k tv. Really interested in seeing the improvements the 1X brings.

Should be significant... Before having a 4K set I used to down sample 3K and 4K to 1080p and it looked much cleaner and sharper in some cases almost like a painting.
IQ would be a massive improvement compared to games on the 'bone. Throw in better textures, assets, and an easy pick for better performance modes...

I am not saying that my order isn't coming from Amazon on day one....but IF it doesn't, and these freebies are getting out before mine, including all those unpaid review/unboxing ones....where I paid $527.00 for mine, and made sure I ordered mine as soon as it was announced (thanks to illiniguy ), I seriously am gonna be pissed.

They're usually pretty helpful with stuff like this.
I asked the chat bot on my phone about my order.
It said "We're getting ready to ship your order by Tue, Dec 12, and it'll arrive by Thu, Dec 14".
If true, that's a bummer. However, I'm not to bent on it. I did have a pre-order from Best Buy, but canceled when I got it from Amazon.

Talk to a real person in the chat. Be sure to emphasize that it said Oct 7th when you ordered.
That's what I did and got a very reassuring reply back about receiving mine "on time".
I did webchat and she said "I am going to upgrade your order at no charge for shipping so that it arrives at your house on November 7". But it still says the same thing about no shipment info.
If they upgraded the shipping it might not be moving from the warehouse until the 6th now.

Is it bad one of the games I’m most excited to play on the X1X is Just Cause 3? I feel like that will be a great indication of how unpatched games will improve.
