I would have included FFXI but it's more like a commitment rather than a game, lol. That game took my late teen years and early 20's away from me, and then some. I still have 2 characters but don't really play it anymore. It sucks that the game is dying and nothing like it used to be.
Also, when i was making my list i didn't even think about a GTA game. That's crazy to me, considering how much i love the franchise and how many hours i spent playing those games. I'd have to put GTA: Vice City as my 11th game. Give us a remake Rockstar!
Witcher 3 and Bloodborne are the only this-gen games mentioned as top-ten all time.* I assume that's partly because the games were released recently. We'll see if they stand the test of time.

Tetris-Like any 90s Kid, I have the Tetris handheld & spend countless hours on it.
Deus Ex-Human Evolution, Masterpiece in gameplay. Like many game, it claim choices matter, but unlike most games, the choices are decided in the gameplay, not dialog trees liek most games.
Diablo 2- Spawn the entire Action RPG genre, & also influence in MOBA.
Final Fantasy 7- First game that combine CG visuals & Gameplay so seamlessly.
Couterstrike- Another milestone game that spawn the military MPs we have today.
Witcher 3- Set the benchmark for Quest & Story telling for RPG to follow. Massive contents, I am 130 hours, not even done with the main story & still tonnes of things to do!
Mass Effect Trilogy- MY favorite RPG Trilogy for all time.
Dragon Age 3: Another Bioware Masterpiece. MAssive amount of content & each class paly difefrently.
Ninja Gaiden 1: The sequel is still nice, but the original Ninja Giaden is a Masterpiece in the Hack & slash genre.
Kotor: HK47 is still the team character of all time

Yeah the xbox version would make my top 15, even top 12. I loved the original on NES. Played it within the last 5 years and it was still very solid, hard as fvck though.
That would be a remaster I could get behind.
The ten year anniversary is coming up soon and not a peep, so probably not happening (Black).
Well it was remade on the PS3 and they did a great job.
I take another remake with a QUALITY sequel.
