He did. As I mentioned elsewhere, DF held off talking about the game due to him.
Was only because the people paying for Patreon more or less forced them to acknowledge it at release.

Same with Giantbomb and Jess. I'm interested to see if they discuss it at all when doing GotY now that she's gone.

She was an annoying c*** and the other guys over there are cucks for acknowledge her at that point.

Did wonder how much all that played into her release. They said budget cuts but pretty much replaced her a couple days later with one of Grubbs best mates who he also happens to have another channel with.

Though I don't think Gerstmann acknowledged the game either so might not have just been her who wanted to ignore it.

Yeah, I like Gestmann, but he really was a huge party pooper at the end (he's a big more positive now with his own podcast), he almost always put 80% of the time talking about random game in negative tone. He also kind of virtue signaled about almost every little thing a game had that involved semi nudity on women or playful jokes about gender etc... it's kind of funny that he at the same time LOVE wrestling and all the semi nude girls there lol.
I was kind of let down that the old crew got bumped, but I actually think it's better now, minus that annoying f*** with the high pitched screaming voice (can't remember his name... Mike... Manatti? ).
 
Damn, I just bought BG3. Oh well, let me finish BG3 first
 
The game is $36 and change CAD after the epic discounts... Tempting.

Funny thing is most of the people who get upset about that stuff aren't in any of those "groups" lol they are people who want to white knight everything on social media because they have nothing going on in their own lives.
 
The waifu just bought this and NBA 2K24 for my Christmas gift during the same , will be visiting Hogwarts soon 😛

Just started this today. The lighting in this game is phenomenal and enjoying myself so far
 
I played for about 3 hours over the weekend and stopped. Not because it's bad, but decided to play other stuff with limited time. I made it to the little village with all of the stores and haven't gotten around to doing whatever it is that I was sent there for. The inside of that castle place looks amazing from where I've been inside of it so far. Not sure if I'll play it much, since I didn't buy it for myself.

All this talk of support for developers across the media and industry but one of if not the best selling and reviewed game goes unsung by the majority of the industry. Absolutely ridiculous.

This industry is too caught up in the sort of "online" culture of white knighting for others. Rowling isn't a transphobe she's someone with a different point of view, one she is entitled to have yet these lunatics talk about her like she's Hitler in heels.

I know people in creative fields tend to be a bit softer etc but I still don't get why so many think this is a fight worth having. This game is based on an IP that's loved by tens of millions of people, it's a quality product and anyone who likes fantasy games with a bit of humor and just overall sense of fun should play it IMO.
