SLOWLYYYYYYY BETTER RESOLUTION AND FPS>BETTER FILTERING
Yet none of those things make any meaningful difference.
Graphical differences really don't matter this Gen.
Can I switch on my entertainment center with a single voice command with PS4? Can my wife seemlessly switch to TV with a single voice command the moment I'm done with a gaming session on a PS4? Can I snap a music app while playing a puzzle game on PS4? Do I get seemlessly signed in, regardless of lighting conditions, nearly instantly and near flawlessly with PS4? Can I broadcast my gaming in HD on PS4? Do I get to use the most critically acclaimed controller in the world on PS4? Can I control my PS4 and everything in my living room with my smartphone, tablet, or laptop in tandem with a PS4? Can I use the best version of Skype ever created on PS4?
PS4 has a mild graphical edge, which has no bearing on my entertainment experiences. Xbox One has changed the way I interface with my entertainment forever, to the point where PS4 just feels like a high-res Xbox 360. Xbox One feels like the future, but today.
Keep the 1080p... I don't need it. 900p looks indiscernibly identical on my setup in my living room. I want the best entertainment experience in my living room, and the fact is PS4 just can't compete with what I have, and use daily via Xbox One... That matters. Not pixel counting which the naked eye couldn't clearly discern without a magnification, or a side-by-side comparison.
