At the end of the day, I'm looking at the gaming content and exclusive film/music content. I won't be there any time soon for a console lacking some kind of media features. Both the PS4 and X1 are strong here, although the X1 is supposed to be a better overall experience. I know I use that stuff and so an expansion upon makes me happier as a consumer who wants less hardware around that TV station, not more. At the end of the day, it's all about games and the X1 still has the stuff I'd rather want. Could change when the time comes for buying a new console, but I don't see it happening. As for resolution and performance, stuff is gonna look and perform great for the most part. The differences have become less important than it's ever been for me because the games look a grand slam so far to me and it's still the beginning of the game. I can't wait to see stuff in year two and three. It's gonna be a good and competitive cycle, but overall, X1 has the edge for my spending money.
