Does this game open up more? I have pretty much just been doing a Championship which will be 4 races then you travel to another section and do another. Is there a way to go back and do the other 2 that are available from the 3 that you can choose from when entering a Championship? There has to be more then just this and bucket list challenges right?
I really love the game but this is a little weird, I remember the first one having things to do all over the map. I don't want to be overwhelmed with stuff but having a few more races available would be nice...haven't touched the online yet, I hope its good.

I think I know what you're talking about. You need to go to the Horizon hub in the area that you are doing your races in. Don't go back to the main Horizon area. There should be another hub icon in the general area of your races. There you'll be able to choose a different championship if I'm not mistaken. You can also choose from a whole array of championship races to do. You're not just limited to their recommendations.
There Are challanges at the parking meetings also, and you can challenge all the drives you meet when driving around. There are also times challenges after each race in champignon ship. And yes, you can go back and re-race all previous championships.
There are also challenges from you club friends, I had to re-race a couple of tracks bc a couple of drivers in our club here got better times. Had to retune a couple of cars to beat their lap times :-)

I'm around level 20 and messing around the map. I know what you mean. I never played FH1 so I can't compare to it.
I haven't messed with online races yet, but aside from the main race events in each championship, I've run into XP/discount boards, barns, bucket challenges which can be races, taking photos, close call passing, and doing ramp jumping.

So if I choose another set of races after I completed that hub's championship, do those count toward my Horizon Finale count if I win that new set of races?
I believe so. I switched one of my championships last night but I didn't complete the four races. I'm sure it does.
High skill driver, lol, doubt it....send me a friend request and well try some online sometime. Any of you other guys that are in the car club that are not on my list feel free to add me. I need to watch my Pats lose tonight but ill be on later this week.

Two questions:
1) Is there any way to display the name of the current song playing on the radio? I know it tells you right when it starts, but I rarely see it. Plus, it takes some time to realize how awesome a song is. Lots of great music in this game!
2) Can you really not mute players in Online mode? I've had issues with very distorted audio a few times, and eventually just turned the volume all the way down on my headset. Most people don't seem to talk, but I'd like to hear them if they do.
Always knew I would love the SP in this game, but floored at how much I'm loving the MP! Online Roadtrip is a riot, even with mute randoms! Hope our Car Club can organize a few games soon!

It seems that the VIP pass still not working . I don't see anything next to my name in the game and the free cars are not free. I think the pass still has not been activated, right? What do i do to fix this?
1. I switch stations and switch back. Wish there was a way to do it without changing songs.
2. I've had to create my own party to avoid the noise.
I've wanted to play more infected. Is there a mode just for that?
1) Ah, nice. It ain't pretty, but it works.
2) Good idea on the party. Seems like the only non-friends who talk these days are douche bags anyway. Sad, I remember playing Rainbow Six 3 on the OG Xbox, everyone talked and you could make several friends in just a few games. Now the only ones who don't stay silent are the ones you wish would.
Another reason to get some VGF games going soon.

this makes every chart instantly invalid. i havent bought a disc game in a year.. i am sure i am not the only one. especially with the X1 where its super easy to buy from US marketplace allowing me to get games earlier and alot cheaper ($60 which = £37)

Should be in the "barn finds" section. I think you have to go to a garage to get it.

And nobody (that I know) buys disc's, spc in Europe. It's much cheaper to buy from US markedplace. In Denmark at standard game disc cost 84 USD !!!

DD is so convenient, it's not even funny. Switching games, bam. In a party playing one game, then getting invited to another game, boom. So long legacy optical...it was fun while it lasted
I get them from time to time with the hard disk. Kind of wishing I would of went DD for this title. I hate switching out disks now....
