The politics of the past four or so years in layman's terms:
US: Wow, how many Republicans are running? Our country's a mess.
UK: Hold my beer.
Brexit happens.
US: Hold my beer.
Somehow we get Trump v. Clinton, and then a Trump Presidency.
UK: Hold *MY* bloody beer.
The UK Parliament is committed to delivering Brexit, but not on a no-deal basis, or not with a deal, and not willing to stick around in a customs union, and not willing to indefinitely postpone or, really, agree to anything.
I could go on with the tremendous amount of obstruction and lies coming out of the white house or now this latest UK development (Newsflash: The enemy of a s***head might also be a s***head) but I'm tired of passing the beer.
I think there are two types and are very different. You have SJW's who get offended at everything, and then you have warriors for social justice and are for true change in society for it's betterment, whereas the SJWs are yelling for the sake of getting angry and 'just because.'Jumping into yesterday's discussion. I find the people who complain about SJWs to be far more annoying than SJWs themselves. In fact, I've never met a single person who calls themselves a SJW. It's usually some ridiculous tweet or tumbler post that a bunch of asshats are making fun of or generalizing. It's a labeling issue. People are labeled as SJWs as a way to silence them or minimize the issues they fight for.

THAT is a perfect example of a SJW in my opinion. Its a pretty misused term. Its hard to take people seriously if they use it a lot.
Youtube is filled with people complaining about SJWs while making dozens of videos being angry about Brie Larson or videos about how offended they are that Tifa's gigantic cans might be slightly less gigantic in the FF7 remake. Or the most important topic of all...The Little Mermaid being black. Oh the huge manatee!

No, I'm talking about the ones upset that she is black. 'I'm gunner bercoyt that tehm der Desknee beecuz they cast a dark'un as Eryial.'Maybe (probably not) if you decide she has to be black but what if you cast a wide net while looking for actresses and decide on one that is black?

One Race Justice Warriors?Well I wouldn't consider them SJWs. They are something far worse.
Meanwhile you have Trump in the White House.

They are at opposite ends of the spectrum, but two sides of the same coin. You've got the progressive SJWs on one side, and the religious/racist/misogynists on the other. They have very different beliefs, but essentially use the same means to try and get what they want. They both get offended/freak out when the world doesn't look exactly as they expect. Both sides are certain they are in the right, and that anyone not going along with them is an extremist.

Did you just both sides are the same? Do you honestly believe individuals who (wiki definition of SJW) promote socially progressive views, including feminism, civil rights, and multiculturalism are the same as individuals who are racist and misogynists? Can you clarify. I could maybe see religious people and SJWs being compared.
that's a real problem. I've never seen a real mermaid that is black. #truthfactThe Little Mermaid being black. Oh the huge manatee!
“A joke and hypocrisy and just an extraordinary offense. I mean, these are young girls who are being sexually assaulted and they don’t care. And they’re siding with rich, powerful men against these kids, and the fact that they’re not blinking twice is such an indictment.” - Peter Wehner (Served under Reagan and both Bushs)
I wouldn't lump anyone who pushes progressive values as a SJW. SJW in my mind is a negative term, but it clearly doesn't include everyone. The SJWs are the ones who push way, way beyond common sense. While SJWs and racists are on opposite ends of the spectrum, they have a lot of similarities. Both rage at the world for not looking exactly a certain way. They don't want to make the world a better place, but want to rage and punish anyone who doesn't pass their so-called "purity" test.
SJWs to me are the ones all day on twitter raging at everything they see for no other purpose other than to be angry.
We talk a lot about left and right, and you think of these folks as being on the extreme ends, but the spectrum can be a circle.
