This kind of s*** makes me scream inside.I mean okay, if you get a steak at fvcking Waffle House or Denny's maybe it doesn't matter that much, but if you go to a top Steak House restaurant in D.C. or from the White House Chef, it shouldn't really even need much sauce. It should probably have a killer dry rub seared into it for flavor.

When I make a steak all I put on it is some garlic salt and a somewhat generous amount of black pepper, occasionally I'll get a craving for some A1 sauce but only on a top sirloin. I would never put ketchup on steak, on burgers or meatloaf yes (meatloaf NEEDS ketchup on top lol) I just don't see how ketchup fits the taste or texture of a steak.
