Really looking forward to watching this. Perfect timing too, right during my lunch break.
 
Doe anyone think they will release a version of the WiiU that just uses the pro controller? I can't for the life of me buy a WiiU to play on that tablet...that's not a gaming controller.

I was at bestbuy over the weekend and saw the pro controller and thought, damn this is nice, but then when I started looking at the backs of the WiiU games, I saw that you can't use it on all the WiiU games...so what the hell?

I want to play Nintendo games again, and I haven't since Gamecube because of the motion-tech and non-controller devices...I wish Nintendo would just go back to its roots.

I hope they make it an option for gamers like your self. But personally I think the Wii U pad is awesome.

I've played with it quite a bit at the kiosks in stores, it's not enjoyable to me. I don't want a tablet device to play consoles games, it's not comfortable and it's not practical to me. I have a tablet already, and I rarely play games on it to begin with. I just love regular traditional controllers, and I miss playing Nintendo games.
 
Predictions:
New Zelda Announcement
Some type of Pokemon announcement
Release date for Super Smash Brothers
Release date for Bayonetta 2
Mario Remake Announcement.

That's all I got.
 
The gamepad is actually very comfortable. It looks cumbersome but it really fits well. It's not my favorite controller but it most certainly isn't bad.

Two and a half hours. Let's go! I am expecting some greatness.
 
So what's the word guys, are we getting a price drop?
 
I doubt there will be a price drop.

Im hoping to see Zelda (NOT hyrule warriors), Metroid, Starfox

I will probably not have any of those hope fulfilled.

I'd be completely shocked if there wasn't a new Zelda announcement.
 
I don't think there will be a price drop. The Mario Kart bundle just came out and it's a great value (Wii U, gamepad, Wii wheel, Wii remote, Mario Kart 8 and your choice of another free game for $329).

I am hoping for a new Zelda reveal.
A reason to care about Hyrule Warriors.
Star Fox on Wii U.
Metroid Prime 4.
X, Smash, and Bayonetta 2 release dates.
Gamecube backwards compatibility via VC.
If no BC, HD remakes would be great.
 
Ohh.. I just saw a probably spoiler on Neogaf and if it's true, I am already giving Nintendo my money.

Star Fox would be cool. The internet is killing me with these leaks though.
 
I swear if you truckers are getting me exciting for Star Fox over nothing I will kill all of you.
 
Also looking forward to a FPS Mario in the vein of Wolfenstein. Goombas have taken over the world and must be dealt with.
