Here is how the game is played? Sort of interested. Not a day one for me, but if it was Game Pass....?

Not really doing a ton for me, especially in a year with so much to play. I’ll keep an eye out though.

I'm just playing some smaller titles until Starfield releases.

I just happen to have the day off Thursday so I may pick it up for that reason alone lol. Plus I do like action games

Still recommends picking it up.

Yeah I’ve lost a lot of hype, but I also have to remind myself that I’ve loved some games with mid reviews. Mad Max is a great example

Watching someone one Twitch now playing on their Xbox Series X™ and it looks like a fun game!

It is fun! I’m right now playing around to find the timing of some of the enemies, it’s definitely a challenge to time the parry correctly. My only small gripe so far is the sand surfing is just a tad slower than I’d prefer

Couple hours in and pretty good, not understanding the criticism of the opening at all. Interested to see how the mid and end game play out
Feel sorry for people who still use reviews as a means to gauge a purchase.

I'm installing it but want to finish the SX version of The Sinking City before moving onto this.

In the process of completing old games so I can free up space.

Well about 15 hours in now and this is another classic example of why I don't trust reviewers. This game is great! As I've said before the highlights are the traversal and the combat. The world is packed with things to collect so there's always something to be searching for on the map. It's kind of a zen like game because the traversal is so smooth it's fun just to kick back and explore/collect stuff.

The combat is interesting in that it seems at first as if there is this big learning curve and I put a decent amount of time into getting parrying down, but once you level up and get some more abilities you are a beast. There is a really overpowered ability you can get early that lets you damage enemies each time you dash, it destroys smaller and flying enemies.

Overall an 8/10 for most people. 9/10 for me since I love action/power fantasy type games and really get addicted to the collectathon. If none of that is your thing this could be more of a 6-7/10.
