Is the newest beta available for BF: Hardline? I saw some friends playing, but I haven't heard anything about it.

Feels very low quality to me.
Servers are laggy as crap visually but shooting and hit detection seem fine
its just meh, and they still make you unlock/buy the main gadget the mechanic should have

Been hearing bad impressions as well. Rubber banding, low quality graphics, constant video clip recording and a few other complaints.
Even if the beta is excellent, I'm still not buying this on launch.
I am not buying it it all. In fact, it is going to take an amazing game to get me to buy another BF game and I do not see them ever making one.
I will wait for Rainbow Six Siege. I still have Titanfall & COD:AW to play right now.

Xbox 720p version according to beyond 3d.
The actual visuals are bottom of the list as far as issues go. 720p or 1080P does not change how the game feels, how it plays.
Only played one match but meh. Looked like a last gen game first of all and just not a fan of BF controls on consoles. I'll wait for a super sale of the PC version before I bother thinking about getting it.
BF4 textures were terrible during beta as well. I haven't played the Hardline beta yet though.

so 720p X1, 900p PS4.. kinda sad. but seeing as how bad this looks compared to BF4 and having more time i expect atleast a solid 60fps.. as BF4 reached nowhere near that 90% of the time in MP on both

I said that it was going to be the same as bf4 months ago and there was some clown on here swearing to god that it was going to be 1080p 60fps on both consoles. Lmfao.
I just played this for a bit. Seems ok, but nothing that screams day 1 buy, especially with past game issues. The player models and running look terrible though, like something out of CS a decade ago.
Heist mode seems like it could be fun, but it was a little too much run and gun and too little strategy. Honestly I'd rather just play BF4. Like others have said, it just feels like a BF4 mod, not a new game. It does little new after over a year.

What's sad is that both versions are still no better optimized than the console launch game in the series...
no kinda sad in that with over a year longer and worse graphics the performance hasnt improved
