Bethesda's E3 invite could be teasing two announcements

And that makes me somewhat of a sad panda, because there's a huge chance one of them is a new Wolfenstein. Which is great. But there have been rumors about The Evil Within 2 as well, and i am sure plenty of people are waiting for it but i sure am not. I really really hope one of these two announcements (maybe there will be more) is Bethesds Game Studios' new IP, which could be Starfield. I sure hope so because if not it'll only mean we will be waiting even longer for their second new IP....and sigh.....not to mention The Elder Scrolls VI. We'll all be old and grey when that comes out.

Not much on Starfield and what I do find suggests it might be a mobile game so meh. I'd love a new Wolfenstein, Evil Within, or Rage. Not ready for a new Doom and I just started playing Elder Scrolls Online so no rush on VI.

Well a guy on YouTube called MrMattyPlays puts a lot of research into Bethesda related things and he believes it will be a space RPG with an accompanying mobile game like Fallout Shelter was before 4 came out. Plus that Pete Hines and Todd Howard both have said BGS is working on two brand new IP, both bigger than they've ever done before. :)
 
I think it'll be a while before we see a new Elder Scrolls. I'd guess they might announce it next year.

Yeah that's the thing. Both of them said next Elder Scrolls is a long long ways off. Development hasn't even started yet. These two big new IP will release first and then it's time for Elder Scrolls. So yeah, around the time we're all grandpa's, we'll get to play it :(

They actually stated that? I find that hard to believe, hope it's not true.

Makes sense if it's a space RPG.

Bethesda has done slews of ES and Fallout games. Next stop is sci-fi futuristic stuff. If it is, they really got to spruce up the game engine and make it 60 fps. If they are working on sci-fi with lasers, rocket launchers and slick movement, the current engines on console (Skyrim/Fallout) which are "up to 30 fps" don't cut it.

Or they can bring back an old franchise and make Wayne Gretzky Hockey 4!
 
I'm interested to see what all this VR talk amounts to, personally...
