Its always like that. Its a f***ing terrible way to run a business but they all do it. You get told how many ratings per category that you are allowed to give out. Much respect to this guy for his principles but his job will be the same.But yeah, not sure how you can call something an evaluation when it has to meet a certain quota.
I’m sure someone somewhere will write up a piece laying out , or maybe not cos, ya know, NDAsAs bad as it sound, it seems half of information is missing. As in what are the citerias for the lowering/increase score? Is it purely performance or does it include some superficial inmutable characteristic?
