Crash Bandicoot Sony-bound?

I have got to say, if this is true, I'm very, very happy about it. I wonder if CB creator, Naughty Dog would be willing to do a follow-up. TBH, I feel the IP should have always been Sony's. I just loved The Wrath of Cortex on PS1! The series was probably the first western game to be accepted in Japan, and probably the first platformer from the west to achieve the quality to put it in the league of Mario and Sonic (IMO). It was Sony's mascot, even when they didn't own the IP.

Adam Boyes (Sony) said on Twitter that Activision still owns Crash Bandicoot, so people should ask them about if there were any new ones coming. :-/

No to making a new Bandicoot, selling the IP to Sony, or both? Honestly, I'm surprised they haven't used Crash in the Skylanders game.
