Just turned 28 as well in October. While I don't really feel old, it is strange to think back on your life. Growing up it seemed like it went so slow but after graduating high school that all changed for me. I think the real telling sign for me is my brother, who is 10 years older than me. All I know is I'm going to try and make the best out of it.
I'm 29 and I feel younger. Honestly if you think too much about it then it becomes an issue depending on what you consider to be "old".

30 was a psychological watershed moment of hell for me but you get used to it. Now I am on the edge of 40 but I feel better than ever. Just keep the weight down and you'll be fine.
As far as grey hair, it usually starts in your mustache or goatee first. You still have a few years until it moves to your head. I have a few greys in my mustache but my head is still fully pigmented.

Yeah, curly's are gray mostly. I shave them off now and I already have been shaving my head since 1996.
