Consoles. Also, I've never heard of anyone referring to the i3 as a bottleneck like I have the jaguar so many times.

The Jaguar is more of a tablet CPU. Where as the i3 is a full bore desktop CPU. Also, we should remeber that Jaguar and Zen are from AMD....who don;t exactly have the best CPUs. Comparing an AMD CPU to Intel one will usually see the intel version in by a big margin.

As for bottlenecking, eh. Generally a bottleneck on PC will occur when the GPU is much more modern than the CPU. A stock Q8200 with a 980ti is like to have a bottleneck. A 980ti with sandybridge shouldn't have issues.

As for this consoles, well, trhwoing in huge GPU upgrades with significantly more power is likely to require a CPU upgrade to get the most out of that GPU. Unlike PC components the Console are specifically designed to work together to maximize hardware output.
