I wish they just made double nightfall rewards the norm. Last week was so fun, but this week I don't really care to run a hard strike for a fusion rifle I'll never use.

The problem now is going to be next season. This next season is going to be 6+ months long because of the Witch Queen delay. I guess there will be plenty of other games to play this fall.
 
That Fusion does work in the Raid.

Was doing the Master VOG and I think I found another new fun thing to do.

I got some amazing Fate Bringers.
 
I still gotta try the raid at some point. I just don't have the time/patience to do something that long anymore.

If you're looking for something to farm that you can get in the seasonal event, check out the Chroma Rush AR. I finally got the "god roll" of subsistence and rampage. This gun is just insane. Base stats are great. It is high rate of fire but really has little recoil and is easy to control. Huge magazine, and subsistence keeps you loaded when you get kills. Stack some rampage on it and it just slaps. Normally, the high rate of fire ARs kick all over the place, but this one doesn't.

There's lots of good rolls even if you don't get the perfect one. Feeding frenzy + kill clip work great too.

This gun is stupid good and so far they haven't talked about nerfing it (yet).

You can get this from the Expunge mission or just umbral engrams. If you focus umbrals you can either get that or the ignition code kinetic grenade launcher, which is good, easy farming. Just jump in the seasonal activity and go nuts and you'll get it.

I don't think so, they were specifically vague about it.

It also says "Early Season 15" so soon, but probably not day 1.

This is really good news. I hope companies like EA and Activision follow. You need good anti-cheat in games, especially when cross play is a thing (although last I heard, Destiny is going to keep consoles separate unless you pair up with PC manually).

BattleEye works quite well in R6 Siege. Siege is far from cheat free, but you eliminate a ton of it, which keeps the average "script kiddie" from having them.

PC only it looks like. I assume people must not cheat on console?

Well, not the same way PC cheats work. Console has things that allow a mouse and keyboard, but emulate a controller (so you get the aim assist with the mouse) and even things like no recoil scripts. Those are pretty hard to detect as it is a hardware device. If you've ever seen someone on console in COD who can shoot you with a high rate of fire SMG and seemingly have perfect recoil control, that's usually this. Console makers themselves really need to detect and ban these things, but that's probably not going to happen.

PC often has simple wall hacks and aim bots. These are the kinds of things that good anti cheat should be able to limit a ton. This kind of stuff happens so much now with Trials when it is free to play. People just blatantly aim bot and win every match and get the rewards, and even pay for carries.

Bungie laid out their changes for next season. Unlimited primary ammo! No more ammo boxes for primary, just special and heavy. Supposedly exotic primaries are going to help generate more with ammo finder mods.

All sorts of changes to fusion rifles that are too complex to know if they will help or hurt. Fusions will be one of the champion mods this year, so they're probably going to be used a lot.

Anarchy got a nerf but didn't get wrecked too bad.

Was catching up on some Byf lore videos before the new season. When did Bungie make Saint 14 and Osiris gay? I never got any indication they were. Caught me completely off guard, I always thought they were basically brothers.
