Bethesda has announced Dishonored: Game of the Year Edition will be available in North America on October 8 and in Europe on October 11.

The bundle includes the original game along with all the official DLC, meaning you'll be able to get Dishonored, Dunwall City Trials, The Knife of Dunwall, The Brigmore Witches and Void Walker’s Arsenal for €39.99 / £29.99 / $39.99 / $69.95 AUD on Xbox 360 and PS3 or €29.99 / £24.99 / $39.99 / $49.95 AUD on PC.

one of my absolute favourite games of the generation as i'm a sucker for stealth games. the implementation of blink was a cool mechanic which offered enough invention in vertical movement and level approach to make you feel like a ninja badass whilst still retaining the sense of vulnerability vital to stealth games

i'm yet to purchase any of the dlc's because i figured there would be goty edition at some point, so i'm very much looking forward to scheming my way through the campaign again then jumping into the new content

This is a great deal and hopefully people who have missed this out gain a bit of interest again, interesting and entertaining new ip and deserves more sales then it has.

Incredible game! Definitely worth it for anyone who hasn't played it yet. I've already played through the main campaign twice plus the dlc, so I won't be getting this, but anyone who missed it should!

How substantial are the DLC additions? Are they small, short affairs, or are they actually quite large and lengthy? I tend to only buy GOTY Editions when the DLC is substantial, like the expansions for Elder Scrolls, or Dragon Age, for example. I don't expect the DLC for Dishonored to be THAT big, obviously, but maybe something along the lines of Minerva's Den? Something truly worthy of experiencing as an addition to the game...

i've read both mission dlc's are almost the same length as the campaign (which was 8-12 hours). hopefully someone here can offer a more secure answer though

That's right, both combined are a solid 8 hrs, or about 4 hrs each. It could stretch even longer if you try to get every collectible (bone charms, runes) and if you're very dedicated to a stealthy approach.

They are well worth the money, and getting both plus the main game for $40 is a downright steal!

Interesting. That's quite impressive, effectively doubling the content of the full game. Now my only remaining question... does the GOTY come with the DLC on the disc, or are they only on download vouchers? It's a no-buy for me if on vouchers. I guess we won't know for sure until people start buying copies and reporting in.

The content is on the disc. On Xbox 360 and PC, it’s a second disc. For PS3, we have all the content on one blu-ray disc.
