EA Press Conference (Monday, 1 pm pacific)

I gave it a B- based on the quality of Star Wars Battlefront which looks both awesome graphically and just like it's insanely fun, and Unravel. The rest of it I either didn't care about or need to see more of before I do so had the two games I mentioned previously not been there I'd have given it an F.
c- sucked. do we need a press cofereance to talk about the minuscule differences from annual franchises.
Yeah I did, there were very few things at either show that I liked but what I did like stood out enough to me to move the grades up. If I were to have based the MS conference on BC nearly 2 years after launch, Halo and Gears it would have been an F too because none of that interests me, I'm grading on what appeals to me not what I think you'll like
It would be hard to be worse than last years show, most of it was just concept art lol.
Too lazy to watch their show, so not going to grade the overall presentation.
But from what I've seen tonight, Starwars Battlefront looks like the best game of E3 so far! As long as the game plays smooth, looks fantastic. I bring up smoothness only because there was lots of stuttering, though that may be due to the stream and not the actual game.

The actual show was horrible. I would give it a Z for ZZZZZZZzzzzzz*snores loudly*
Menace is pretty much spot-on. Games themselves were pretty good (I mean we have a freakin' Western-influenced Mass Effect sequel here), but the show was a complete snorefest.
I finally got PES this year after getting fully fed up with FIFA15 (loved FIFA14). PES blows it away as a sim and nothing in FIFA16 gets me stiff. I've been watching the women's WC matches and for them to only include 12 national teams in the game shows to be purely a token effort.

What game was that, Star Wars? I thought Star wars looked kind of meh. Sounded kind of meh as well. Looked pretty, though.
I thought SW looked great. Although I never played the old ones where it had much more content. Looks like just a simple shooter with some vehicles. The SW theme makes it cool. If it was the same thing, but typical military stuff, it might as well be BF5.
Mirror's Edge is probably highest on my list of EA games to get....Star Wars Battlefront and the next Mass Effect are tied for a close second....going to stear clear of FIFA 16 because FIFA 15 has been a huge time suck for me...can't stop myself from playing it!
