Jason can miss me with his opinion. ALOT of critics tend to pick and choose when anime tropes bother them. Its ok in Octopath Traveler 1 and 2 but not ok here?
Kinda hard to take critic and social media talking heads serious anymore when it comes to impressions/reviews. They let s*** slide in games they want to like/praise then it’s a problem in others. Seems like it’s more bias than anything and wanting clicks/views. So many people just don’t try to just enjoy gaming anymore.
Yeah its from the creator of the Suikoden series before he died and kinda acts as a spiritual successor.
I hate when Windows Central writes articles. Its so fan-baity and inaccurate. The game is not Microsoft backed unless you think any game released on Gamepass is Microsoft backed. That is the extent of Microsoft's involvement with the game. Its still on Switch, PC and PS5. It was majority funded by Kickstarter.

Yep. Microsoft games are like a person of colour sitting in the wrong place on a bus when it comes to reviews.
Makes it even more challenging when youre mixed and people just stare because they can’t figure out what you are.
