Fallout 4 to be 1080p/30fps on ''everything'' but PC

I wouldn't expect too much from mods honestly. The most popular mods historically for Bethesda games have been ones that improve visuals in any number of ways, and those are all but guaranteed to be out simply due to the fact that it would kill performance. That leaves small tweaks and scenarios that often take many months to years before anything really solid shows up. I'm expecting a very limited and middling offering on console.

Thanks for the input. I don't have any experience with mods on PC or Bethesda games, so I'm not sure what to expect. I suspect you are right, and that's probably the way things will turn out.

Visual upgrades tend to be the most popular mods, full stop.

Fallout 3 & New Vegas had some great mods, though. Mods for new quests, armour, weapons, game mechanic changes & enhancements.
I think the mods on console could be huge.

This is common sense who thought the PC version was stuck @ 1080p?

I posted it to settle any lingering concerns that it might not be 1080p on both consoles. Pete Hines' tweet had thrown a little confusion into the mix.

Makes sense PC is flexible. Just weird that guy said "everything". Slip of the tongue. He' probably been bombarded with X1 vs PS4 fanboy drivel about resolution and stuff, so his state of mind was probably on consoles.
