Fate of All Fools part of House of Wolves DLC?

I got an exotic bounty yesterday, and checked IGN to see which rewarded what. While there I clicked on the "An Unknown Patron" exotic bounty out of curiosity. I knew that this bounty was for the Fate of All Fools, but had heard it was a pulse rifle so thought I would take a look. Like I had originally thought, the Fate of All Fools is a scout rifle. Anyway, I clicked on the bounty to see its details. Check it out-

An Unknown Patron is one of the Exotic Bounties that that can only be obtained from Vanguard Mentor Missive. The Exotic Scout Rifle Fate of All Fools is the reward for completing it.

TASKS
  • Win 5 matches in the Crucible to obtain An Invitation.
  • Take the invitation to the Bounty Tracker to obtain The First Test.
  • Perform feats of skill in the Crucible to obtain The First Test - Completed.
  • Return to the Bounty Tracker to obtain The Second Test.
  • Trade Motes of Light for Osiris Coins. Use the coins to compete in the Trials of Osiris. Each Coin gives you 3 tries to complete the trial. Earn 10 wins on a single coin, or 25 wins total to obtain The Second Test - Completed.
  • Return to the Bounty Tracker to obtain The Third Test.
  • Use any Scout Rifle to perform kills, headshots, and killing sprees in the Crucible to obtain The Third Test - Completed.
  • Return to the Bounty Tracker and retrieve your Fate of All Fools Scout Rifle.

If you have been keeping up with the info on the House of Wolves dlc, you know that the "Trials of Osiris" is part of the dlc. So its possible that we might finally get our hands on the elusive Fate of All Fools exotic scout rifle with the HoW dlc.
