Yes, the only one that makes sense because otherwise how else would you decide what goes where ?

No mixed messaging please 😛

Simple. Any 3rd party games go here.
Xbox, Sony and Nintendo are still classed as first party.

Basically any game released by a company that doesn't make hardware.

If we are going to put PS Studios and Xbox Game Studios games in multiplatform, then we should just have a GAMES thread like icon-era does it, and eliminate the PS/Xbox sections.

Otherwise, keep them in their respective sections.

I'm more partial to where it originated when launched. So, COD could stay in MP, while Grounded and HiFi stay under Xbox. 🤷‍♂️

This keeps mods from having to go back and adjust.

In the end, most are searching for the thread rather than go to specific forum...right?

I voted No.

So are you going to put all the newly acquired games and IPs into Xbox section like Overwatch , Diablo, StarCraft, Candy Crush etc?

And are we including second and third party exclusives into their respective department too like Death Stranding, Palworld, Minecraft, etc?

Because we have multiple threads in the PC section too for PS studios , Xbox games and Nintendo games.

If you go by topic count then its the Nintendo section that's that.

I think eliminating the different gaming sections ( i.e. Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo etc) and having 1 big Games section like @Kvally mentioned is the best idea moving forward. Unify the games so to speak( bad pun) That's a @Plainview re-haul though.

We could still have sticky threads dedicated to Playstation news, xbox news, Nintendo News etc.

I feel that 1 gaming section would just make it messy. Especially on days like today when a lot of games have been announced/topics made.

Well, I like the way that we have been doing this for the past 10 years a Union. So I am glad we left well enough alone.

That said, and using Icon-Era as an example, a Gaming section works great there and covers all the game devices and really isn't messy. They are very good at using colored tags for each topic. This allows you to have a green tag for Xbox, red for Nintendo, Blue for PS, random color for industry.

It's more UNION that way than it is now.

But like I said, I think what we have has always worked, and it's why we all are still here in the Union family.

Don’t care, the gaming industry and who owns what and where games are going is starting to get confusing.

Could make a Hardware forum section, single player games forum section, and multiplayer games forum section. Sticky News thread in each?
