Flat Earth Nonsense and other insane people and beliefs

My issue with this group of people is they always imply or claim the globe earth is a conspiracy by governments all across the world, But they never say why the worlds governments would go to such great lengths to create this idea which, as far as I can tell, doesn't actually do anything for them.

People fly to Japan from Cali by going west. People fly to Japan from NY by going north.
People fly to Japan from Eastern Europe by flying east.

If earth was flat, that’s not possible. Are one of them teleporting?

TeKPhaN is a flat earther, I believe.
I don't believe the earth spins.
I believe oceans are above us or at least were at one point.
If it's a globe where are the four corners?
I am aware of the Alaskan treaty.
I believe what the Naval Officer Richard Byrd claims he witnessed.
Nasa use to use a flat earth map logo and it's definition means "deceive/beguile"

I don't believe a dome that stops things from going into space exists and I believe we have been on the moon.

Don't know where I stand as both have holes.

I don't blindly listen to what science who doesn't believe in the creator or what a world that says more than two genders exist tells me.

Do you have pictures of the routes with the time it takes to travel?
This is one area that could clear up or expose much.

I’m not gonna go into some deep dive tangent of science and or faith and or beliefs. But there are many scientists who do believe, and then there those, scientists, who were appointed by those of faith as well.

Gotta love those that believe in conspiracies and always use the “I don’t blindly believe in what actual science tells us” “I’m a free thinker” “blah blah blah”

No you’re a crazy f***ing conspiracy nut. Know a few people IRL like this I don’t get how people go through life thinking most things are a conspiracy.

I don't believe the earth spins.

What you believe has absolutely nothing to do with how true something is. This is very basic misunderstanding that most people in the world have. You have every right to believe what you want but belief does not equal truth.

I believe oceans are above us or at least were at one point.

Again, believe whatever you want - it has no bearing at all on how true it is.

If it's a globe where are the four corners?

The 'four corners of the earth' phrase is an idiom that I believe originated from one of the bibles. it is from a time when people did think the earth was flat. I'm not sure how it is relevant even in this topic.

I am aware of the Alaskan treaty.

did you mean the Antarctic treaty? And that no one is allowed there? That is plain incorrect. from the article itself:

"To promote the objectives and ensure the observance of the provisions of the Treaty, "All areas of Antarctica, including all stations, installations and equipment within those areas … shall be open at all times to inspection " (Art. VII)."

Anyway the real reason we can't go there is because that most people don't know is that John Carpenters The Thing was in fact a documentary and not a movie
I don't blindly listen to what science who doesn't believe in the creator or what a world that says more than two genders exist tells me.
There is no such concept has "blindly listening". You either listen. Or you do not. If you mean "blindly accepting" then yes I would agree with you that is something that should not be done. That is why scientists present facts and evidence to be peer reviewed and discussed. They don't blindly accept either.
Choosing to not believe/accept someone’s argument because you don't agree with their personal or religious position is completely your decision to takw. But that has nothing at all to do if that argument is true or not.

1. No reason to believe it and no trust worthy evidence is presented.
2. Is the truth. It's you who has to decide if you want to accept it or not.
3. Is also truth and again you decide to believe it or not.
4. Yes that was a error on my part. Not everyone is allowed there and this is also true.
5. When you trust and listen without questioning you are blindly listening or accepting like you said. Scientists have not provided evidence for everything they say or should I say reasonable evidence.
6. It's not about accepting them It's about not entertaining their delusion/s.
