The wait for season 4 is killing me. The wait for season 3 on Blu-ray is also killing me.

Can we get a "No book talk or Book spoilers" in the title ? Just so folk know .

I am dying for season 4. Season 3 was awesome. Although with how they kill of characters. I fear every season that Daenerys will bite the dust.
I don't think that would happen unless there was some connection or possible reaction/chain reaction from the core story that's occurring inn the main storyline place (England or whatever it's GoT analogue is called) to make it more meaningful. Otherwise following her progress would simply be a gigantic waste of time. While The Red Wedding might have seemed like they just set something up and then pulled the plug for shock value, there's actually a lot of interesting after effects and shockwaves, power voids and revenge plots to be explored in the aftermath. If Daenerys died, there's not yet enough threads entangling her to make it a meaningful death. She's only ever been alluded to and mentioned in rumour by the core conflict players.

That is a good point. I mean Ned Stark set of the northern rebellion. Which led to a whole host of situations and ultimately leading us to the red wedding. I still fear for her though. As well as several other characters who I would hate to see go....like Tyrion.

Westeros

I started watching season 2 again the other day and have a question: What did the Red Comet actually mean ? It seemed like an important thing in the first 4-5 Episodes and then it just wasn't seen/mentioned again.

No one knows yet.

But everyone had different opinions but most fans seem to think it was because of the birth of Dragons.

That is very strange, yes ? or is it just me

Maybe. It gets more mention in the books and its why Danny goes across the desert in season 2 as she thinks its a sign. It takes her to the House of the undying.

Others mention its for war, some say other things. But most seem to think its just because of the birth of the Dragons.

Pretty sure they only added it in the show because some book readers moaned it wasn't in Season 1.

Yeah looking good. Now give me my season 3 Blu-Ray fix already HBO!
