What are your plans for probably the most overrated celebration holiday? I can't remember a really good New Years night. They've all been pretty boring. Now it's low key for me. Dinner and chilling at friends. What's on tap for you?
 
Im going to try to DJ for a family party, i dont know jack about DJ'ing, my music taste is not very mainstream, so this is going to be an interesting New Years night.
 
Going to a taquiza(taco cart party) at my uncles for dinner then heading to a house party for the drinking part of the evening.
 
Staying home as usually. Playing video games. All night long. And a lot of cokes. Candies. Pizza. Also my wife and I are planning to watch the movie After Earth tonight. :) Hopefully we enjoy that movie.
 
Staying home, attempting to get white boy wasted. Maybe watching Upstream Color so I can be hip and butt heads with Plainview about it. I'm a wild man!
 
Slow night, let my 18 month son hold the steering wheel on the truck( family tradition) illegal as hell but he seemed to like it.
Don't worry I was only going like 3 miles an hour, and it was in a deserted area.
My mom were wasted when she let me, i was 5 years old, and she let me drive. Full control, she told me to get out of the car, and take the wheel.I drove into our house lol. Got out, and ran like the wind. Good thing I don't drink.

Was at my sister in laws, eating takeway, drinking, playing games and singing. :confused:
 
Dinner with family and a couple drinks is the usual. Nothing special. Happy New Year.
 
My family usually gets together for a big party, but the snowy roads are getting bad and I'm a little worn out from the christmas parties and other get togethers. Decided just to hang out with the close family. Ma/Pa, Sis, Bro, Sis-in-Law, and Niece. New Years have been fun because it's the last chance for everyone to hangout before we all go back into our hobbit holes.
 
How do you guys pronounce the numbers "2014"? I always say "Two thousands fourteen"
 
Never really got into New Years as well. Only ever been to a couple parties, and that was when I was still living at home. Right now just flipping between hockey, basketball, and Anderson Cooper. Probably will just watch the ball drop ET time and then go to bed. Might fit in some games as well.

Edit: Usually go with twenty fourteen.
