Freaking love this game. Amazing performance and visuals. It would've been nice to have RT reflections, but that's alright.
According to this,
PC at max settings has Lower texture and model quality on Alloy, reduced draw distance and less advanced waterfall gfx vs PS5.

Easily most definitive. I plan on jumping in again last today. I've only basically playing the intro.Played the opening hour this morning. Nixxes is to be applauded. They fixed nearly EVERY visual/graphic nitpick I had for the game on PS5 and got great performance out of it to boot BEFORE the upscaling solutions are applied. I was getting in the realm of 50 to 60 fps at High settings at native 4k without any upscaling applied. With DLSS quality, I was in the range of 70-80 fps. PC version is most easily the definitive version.
Again well done Nixxes. I can only pray/hope that they're the ones working on the Ghost of Tushima port.
Sounds like someone wants a job at Sony
