They still have a lot of blank spaces on the website for characters, it looks to be about 31 for the base game and 9 for DLC. The last trailer did confirm Darkseid as a pre order bonus and the trailer showed Poison Ivy, Bane, Brainiac and Robin and the ultimate edition advertisement basically confirms a green lantern other than Stewart since he's a skin. So that's basically 17 of the 31 initial characters revealed, that still leaves a lot more and I hope they don't include too many more batman characters.

I just got mine and I will be streaming tonight at 9 pm tonight to go check my channel on my profile
 
You lucky bastards! lol I haven't gotten my code yet and I signed up within an hour of them announcing the damned thing lol.
 
I can see this game going to be a problem. I have a feeling it can be a pay to win. You unlock armor to give advantages when you fight.
 
I've been watching some beta on twitch. I've heard some people complaining that supergirl is OP.
 
My interest in the game is pretty low after joker died. Netherealm is known for killing popular characters for practically no good reason. reasons. I'm not into DC or Marvel like most peoplr so my choices are limited.

Secondly I hate how characters get up right up after a finishing blow. It makes the whole fight nearly pointless. It's one of those small but major issues that should be addressed.

Also did I miss something? Where are the new gameplay mechanics. They didn't add very many that I noticed. I expected a LOT more from Netherealm. This feels like a rush job to make money. It's litterallryy the same old game with new characters and better graphics. Don't get me wrong Injustice 2 will be a great game but I find it really disappointing.

Coming from someone who stil plays the original. It feels too much like the same old game. Not enough new mechanics or exciting features. That's funny considering they were known for adding unique gameplay features In old Mortal Kombat games now they play it way too safe. IMO I woul like to see them evolve and improve on old ideas.

she is not OP her moves are much easier to pull off than the others Heros.
Also, how are they doing twitch? I try but it won't let me so I was guessing because WB didn't want it to be streamed.

They must be using a different app because its not working on my Xbox one. I can play any other games but not this one.

They are going to have a ton of new characters they aren't all going to be rehashes from the last game so they'll likely be taking up a lot of the work load. The old characters do have some new moves or they've been updated like Aquaman's trident slam now has a tentacle come up from under the opponent etc.

Don't know. I just typed the game in and several people were broadcasting it.

That's all fine and dandy but it feels too familiar. I expected a lot more fighting mechanics and more depth.

They added a ton of content with that armor set up they are using, most fighting games don't change drastically from one game to the next either. One thing I love about NRS is they pack their games with content, story modes and other things and that really puts other fighting games to shame when it comes to content and value IMO.

Not sure what I've already said in here so hopefully not contradictory but yea I don't have much excitement for this. Only played the first Injustice when it was free on PS+ so I'll at least wait for that on this game I think. More interested in Tekken 7 at this point since I haven't played a 3d fighter in a long long time.

Coming from someone who plays most fighting games Guilty Gear Xrd Revalator is the most rounded fighter this gen. It looks amazing, has a tone of depth, is packed with content and the learning tutorials are fun to play while others fall short in some areas.

IMO they need more exciting characters and more depth. Outside of Harley Quinn the charcters don't excite me. Where is Solommon Grundy, Joker, etc.? They also need a special guest character like Dead Pool or something . For me the game is not HYPE as it should be.

I could never get that into Tekken, something about it just feels too slow and stiff to me.

Warner Bros/NR fighters aren't anything I take serious as they are full of exploits.
Graphics are improved with the Pro but the colors still look dull as does the animations but animations are always dull with there games.
GG series are very skill based...a bit much for most :)
I personally like SFV the best but don't like its roster so I haven't played it.
Tekken 7 I want along with a new Soul Calibur

Yea I play Injustice for fun bun not something take serious like SFV or Guilty Gear. SFV roster is a hit or miss for some people but I personally enjoy it especially now that we have a Akuma.

Looking at it objectively GG is the most rounded fighter in probably over a decade. It has everything you would expect in a fighter and then some. Adimmitedly the learning curve is pretty high but very fun and rewarding. Noobies get DESTROYED in GG. They drown in a sea of combos and RAGE everu match. LOL the s*** is funny. .

It feels weird without Tekken and SC on the market. But Tekken is very close.

I was hoping JinCA could change my mind about Injustice 2 but that isn't the case. I probably won't post here in a while. Last thing I wanna do is hurt people excitement for Injustice 2 with my negativety.
 
I have Guilty Gear SIGN and enjoyed what little I played. I do have it installed again in hopes of putting some time into it. Most of my time in it has just been doing the tutorial stuff and like you said they did a great job with it. I've heard great things about Revelator but need to play SIGN more before thinking about buying that.

Well I haven't played it since 5 so who knows what I'll think of 7. 3 is one of my favorite fighters ever though.
