If not there should be. It should be unmoderated and not require an app download. Just somewhere on the net where you can click and go into chat.

I thought IRC was dead and haven't even tried to "chat" for a good decade or more, but I just realized tonight that it still exists and is actually a very fun and therapeutic form of conversation with strangers and would love to shoot the s*** with people here.

Can anyone set something up?
