Like Quake, Unreal games? Introducing TOXIKK!

This is pretty old news, I don't think people will get into this unfortunately as there are too many CoD kids these days. Nexuiz tried to do the same thing.

I'd love to see something like this on the Xbox One. The original Unreal Championship (OG Xbox's version of UT) was some of the most fun I had with an online console shooter. The lack of depth actually makes it better. I still prefer Halo CE's multiplayer over anything since then as well.

I'm a big fan of arena shooters so I'll check it out.

Still waiting on the new Unreal Tournament though.

yeah ill get this if cheap_ them characters with that tribes armor look silly though, the new UT is on my pc list also but i gotta get wasteland 2 first.... WTF one game that should have been remade is the original Unreal!
 
So we've finally reached the point where the main feature is it's lack of features,lol. Looks like a nice diversion, but I wonder if it will have legs. Afterall, the industry moved in the direction it did for a reason. Personally I think the answer is somewhere in the middle, but it never hurts to have variety in play.

With this and the Halo MCC, it will be interesting to see if the old way still holds sway...;)
