The Russo brothers did consult the film, the show was good but got edited to change the whole premise, there were main characters that were in trailers that didn’t show up or were killed off screen. It did follow some key points to the second or third captain America that replaced Steve, Isiah Bradley, but they didn’t go all in on the details for that either

Either way, it didn't get much love. Better off making a Hawk Eye movie.
