The menus for both games just flat out have 'HD Edition' plastered on them, with '© 2012 Konami' still there as well.

Wtf lol how can the gaming population do this in a few days when the devs can't or won't ?
This is why nobody trusts reviews. Apparently on the PC version, you can only use W-A-S-D to move and U to shoot.
MGS1b isn't unplayable today, but it's not far from imo and 2 isn't exactly a walk in the park to control either. If they judge it by today's standards, there's no way it should be scored over 7 and that's purely bc the story and cool boss fights.
And if they judge it as a remaster it's 3-5/10 since they basically made every game worse on all accounts (graphics, sound, gameplay with choppy fps etc).
Reviews are getting worse and worse, even if you take in regards differing in taste they should at least look at some categories objectively imo.
This is why I stopped caring about gaming, movie, and tv reviews years ago. Most reviewers/critics are full of s***…. just like a certain poster here we know.
