I'm amazed at the level of detail at even the smallest airports. In past games, for the really small general aviation airports you'd be lucky to get one grey rectangle or two to simulate a building or a hanger. Now even small strips look like they have realistic looking buildings.

I'm hoping we see the patch sometime later this week to fix some of the Garmin issues.

So, lots of people reporting better fps with the new patch! The G1000 GPS approaches seem to actually work now (when the data is accurate anyway).

The weather is fixed (not constantly seeing a 3 knot wind everywhere).

The patch is out along with the Japan update. Note that you have to go into the marketplace and "buy" the Japan free update to download. The main download is just the patch. Looks like a decent number of fixes on the patch (these things are sure beefy)
