Million Muslim March

You suggested the actions of a few warrants the treatment of many. Nothing liberal about thinking that's stupid. Most intelligent people regardless of political affiliation would call you an idiot.

And this post by you is completely nonsensical.

I actually condemned the entire culture as maladaptive, not a few individuals. But I see that you are bitterly clinging to your liberal sensitivities, entitlement and sanctimony.

I guess we can safely condemn the entire American populous as a bunch of psychotic, racist, sexist, child molesting, mass murdering, school shooting, bible thumping nutjobs going by your hilarious logic.

Well s***.... maybe part of this culture wants to reach out and have a peaceful dialogue here?

It also be that Americans wonder why Muslims don't speak out more against extremists. Maybe when they actually try to do so with actions like this, the public and the media dismiss them.

Well Syria became all compliant and peaceful like when the threat of MOAB's being dropped on Damascus became immanent.

Also, having your million Islamist March on 9/11 is imho a lot more insensitive to anything I said here on this thread. Bravo to the American Muslim community for not showing up. Next up, I want to see the American Muslim community have some good old fashioned American lynchings of terrorists (or even just some imams advocating extremism) hiding in their community, and then we can open that dialog.

But until then I will doubt their communities sincerity.

Seriously?

Just classless to have it on 9/11. Just like it would be classless if the Japanease had a march on 12/7. Those dates are chosen for a reason and one on should be suprised if the peeps are upset over it. Does it make you a racist if it bothers you? Not in the least and shame on anyone who makes that assumption.

Depends.

Some Japanese pilots attacked Pearl Harbor. Others were Japanese-Americans rounded up into camps. It would be an alarming irony of the latter group held a gathering but was labeled as being part of the attackers.

It was classless, that is why 99.9999 % of the American Muslim population agree with you and stayed home or went to work instead .
fewer than 30 people showed up
The muslim who tried to pull off this rally is a truther. It is interesting to note that The American Muslim Political Action Committee got funding to hold this "march" from other non muslim truther groups.

I agree, one should be surprised if the purpose they are marching isn't the reason for anger. That's the whole issue, that anything Muslim and 9/11 related automatically equals slap in the face. Just like the Japanese doing a march on 12/7 in the days when it was current would be about attempting to separate that idea. Although they never really got the opportunity to do that. In today's day and age, there probably wouldn't be a Japanese march because it was all done and over with. I like to think that everybody agrees that being Japanese American didn't equal wanting to destroy America. These people had all of their property taken away and forced to live in camps, and eventually had to start their lives all over again. Said it once and I'll say it again, I'm really happy that the government decided to learn from the sins of their fathers and not completely over react pertaining to the Muslim Americans. I'm sure our innocent civilian death toll in the Middle East wouldn't exactly look all that much better if we broke out the camps for all Muslim Americans.
