It’s got an awful start. But it does get there.I went to try an play it and lost patience with all the tutorials popping up. I quickly lost interest. I'm not sure how I got pulled into World, but this seems close to that. I just don't think I was in the mood for it.
exactly, it took forever to play this, and it was a disappointment when I did. MHW is the far better game. I uninstall that junk so fast.I went to try an play it and lost patience with all the tutorials popping up. I quickly lost interest. Didn’t it get good reviews when it was on switch? This is borning AF compare to MHW,
no, MHW, I got into it pretty easily but this feels like a life time before I start playing.Didn't MHW have heaps of tutorials too? Took a while to get into world this doesn't feel that much different.
The first three / four hours are really poor. But it does improve dramatically once you hit level 7 or 8 or so. I’m level 16 now HR2 and it’s as good if not better than MHW right now. This is borning AF compare to MHW,
You just prove my point, it shouldn't play for that long just to pick up. I just played MHW not too long ago and I can tell you there is a difference between the 2. Capcom did an outstanding job on MHW, they should have another MHW 2. This however feels like an FF-type 0 that no one really cares about. The first three / four hours are really poor. It’s not about proving a point or what you should / shouldn’t have to do. This game is a mess at the start. It’s shockingly bad and unintuitive to be quite honest.. All I am saying is that it does at least get there to be as good as MHW. There is absolutely no denying that Capcom could have done a better job.You just prove my point, it shouldn't play for that long just to pick up. I keep thinking I should crack on With MHR and grind it a bit, but ultimately I end up playing Returnal or Witcher 3 or Metro Exodus, etc. This is borning AF compare to MHW,
I did the same and tried to keep playing it, it feels cheap for some reason.I keep thinking I should crack on With MHR and grind it a bit, but ultimately I end up playing Returnal or Witcher 3 or Metro Exodus, etc.
It is too much of a chore, and when you have other good games you can just jump into that chore seems silly to undertake.I did the same and tried to keep playing it, it feels cheap for some reason.
I can totally get that. It’s really disappointing that the opening of this is so f***ing bad.I keep thinking I should crack on With MHR and grind it a bit, but ultimately I end up playing Returnal or Witcher 3 or Metro Exodus, etc.
An excellent Nintendo Switch game transitioned beautifully to PC and now - finally - we have versions for the rest of the consoles. In this video, we're taking a look at the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series machines - but it's not really the comparisons that are interesting, more the way that Capcom has allowed users to configure their own visual experience via a PC-style graphics menu. PS5 and Series X even get the ability to render the game at beyond 4K resolution!

not always locked at 60fps
enemies update at full framerate
Series S
same as other systems save for resolution
performance mode - 1344x756
default - 2560x1440
graphics - 2560x1440
pixel counting is coming out the same for some reason
new ports are effectively the same as Switch, just higher quality textures, resolution, and frame rate
125% or high shadows will not lock you to 60fps
motion blur affects frame rate
performance mode is overkill for 60fps
default is a locked 60fps on all systems
graphics mode starts faltering from 60fps, ps5 is the best
good with a vrr display
series S is 40-50fps
120fps mode is pretty locked on ps5
Series falls under 120fps, ~115fps
some headroom to bump up some settings
120fps mode on default or graphics mode
ps5 has an advantage vs series x, 7-8fps margin
loading is extremely rapid
