I hope they keep improving the Gear system. I like the idea of having so many cosmetic tweaks to character appearances. I would prefer though if that stuff was not in anyway tied to power bonuses or kind of semi-crafting slotting them.

Also, don't make it so freakin grindy or have pieces you can never seem to get, especially if you missed one of the events Kronika's Vault unlock event days. There was a Raiden 'Mythologies' skin that seemed to be only available from one of those and most people could never get it.

This is mostly a nitpick; I like the Gear idea, it just needs to be refined.

Aight so I'm rooting for a return of Dark Raiden in some form. He weirdly vanished or merged with regular Raiden during the Time thing because of being a God, however he passed that to Liu Kang so his good and dark self would merge. I don't know if that means Dark Raiden would reappear roaming around even if he's now mortal.

I thought Quan Chi's past self was conspicuously absent from that last game.

Wonder if they are going with soft reboot like 9 or hard reboot. Prefer hard reboot and for them to really shake things up.

And absolutely no Ronda Rousey

Also hopefully some gameplay next week if we just get CG tomorrow

I haven’t played the last one but didn’t they say that a hard reboot is possible with how it ended
 
I'm fine with a reboot as long as Sub Zero, Raiden and Scorpion are in and not gender bent or anything like that lol.

Why would they release game play next week if they are releasing CG today? Wouldn't they just to it today?
