I would've come here earlier if I knew about it.
Now, let's analyze;
He has a dad bod.
It's hard to judge by that picture alone, but either he has lots of fat in the chest area and it makes him look semi muscular there, or is actual muscles under fat and water.
If they did put him on the typical Hollywood water dehydration with diuretics (like hemsworth, Gyllenhaal and huge jackedman) and that's the final form = he's fat, but if they didn't and that's how he looks unpumped and watery, he might look much better if they had done the above.
Now, maybe he doesn't need to look jacked for the role, but I wouldn't take my shirt off for a movie (or anything else tbh) if I looked like that.

I'm not a fan. The girl is made to look as physically unattractive as possible, as well as being a nasty, controlling person. Glover's character is weak and incapable. They fight and argue constantly.
