Nevada takes a huge patient dump on other states.

In a nutshell, depress and suicidal man was told to move because he enjoyed cooking and San Francisco has a butt load of restaurants. The State of Nevada gets caught in the act and now San Francisco want to sue them for a practice that has apparently cost them $500,000. Supposedly, they aren't the only states to get "Greyhound Therapy" and Nevada will be lucky if they get out of this $500,000 in the hole.
