PSA: New Crimson Driver has a bug that may cap your fan speeds at 20%. Some claim their GPU's are burnt out.

AMD says a hotfix is coming Monday.

Be sure to check the temp for your GPU's.

Here's a temporary solution before they get the hotfix out.
