It's not turned based. It's attacks use buttons and d-pad.

Its an overhead action RPG, but unlike Diablo, it is without any of the MMO-style attack options. Watch some videos on YouTube to get a better feel of the gameplay.

Wow was a long time ago when I 1st played a ys game on the SMS.

Ok thanks for the info games, i will look into it more to see if it would be a game i would be interested in, assuming it gets released in the US that is.

After watching the trailer, it doesn't look like a Ys game at all. What is this game?

I think TGS was a really solid showing as far as the Japanese market goes. I see the PS4 growing in market share significantly (in Japan) once these titles start landing, and it will benefit us with whatever get regionalized.
