Hopefully this means GC games on the VC finally.

I feel like I'm the only one that hated the GC controller.
 
Best controller ever imo........for Nintendo games. Wonder if there is going to be a SE Wavebird for the new SSB ?
 
Given that Nintendo does not want the Wii U to support Gamecube games, I don't really care for this.

To be honest the last Nintendo game I played and continue to play from time to time even now is Mario Kart 64. If you handed me the N64 pad with the new edition of Mario Kart It wouldn't be a problem in my circumstance.
 
I absolutely love the shape of the GC controller. It fit really good in the hands. The button placement was atrocious though, as was the C nub. Why not just put a second regular analogue stick?. Oh, and that d pad was the smallest on any controller ever. The triggers with the finger grooves were decent though. It actually was good for certain games, but overall it ended up a hindrance.
 
The C- stick always became loose an just kind of leaned with no resistance. And since it usually controlled the camera, I would always get a spinning camera. It happened on like 5 difference controllers.
 
Best controller EVER! I'm so getting this adapter. I still have quite a few of these controllers at my parent's home and now they can have a second life in Super Mario Kart 8 :). Now all Nintendo needs is remakes or VC releases of Gamecube games and I'm happy :).

Doubt they would remove Pro controller support for the VC.
