Notch is on record many times saying he does not like running a huge company he just wants to make games and program. I don't blame him calling it a day. I love minecraft, I have been playing it since early beta when most people didn't even know what it was, and I still play it now. Hopefully Microsoft won't spoil a good company. I'd say they're in good hands, but yeah, no.
