Where did you pre-order all your games. Any benefit to pre-ordering them? I will be doing all digital download on the PSN Store and XBL Store.
 
Nothing yet but will pre order GTA V and Sunset Overdrive.

Amazon.ca and Bestbuy.ca. Right now they have promotion, order 3 or more get 30% off each title. So I'm getting titles for $42.99 and $48.99. Also they don't charge until it ships and I can cancel anytime so no real negative not to preorder in this case. Also earlier on amazon.ca they had bloodborne, uncharted 4 at $50.99 + 30% off and Alien Isolation at $55 + 30% off so I ordered those off amazon, the rest from BB.

An Xbox One! There were quite a few good showings of games I liked. Sunset Overdrive and Halo HD Vollection being at the forefront of my hype.

Plus Bloonborne and Advanced Warfare. Asvanced Warfare looks like an improved Vrysis 3.

And Splatoon for Wii U.

Surprisingly, nothing new. I already had Dragon Age: Inquisition, The Witcher 3, Shadows of Mordor and Tales of Xilla 2 pre-ordered.

Hyrule Warriors might be the only thing I add. In the meantime since Xilla 2 isn't out til August, I've got a slight backlog I can work on.

I also tend to Pre-order games I KNOW I want day one from amazon cause they tend to list their games $10.00 less(PC anyway) when they are first listed as apposed to when the release date gets closer. Case in point, when I pre-ordered the Witcher 3 for PC, it was 49.99. Now its listed at 59.99.
 
Im still catching up on everything from the show. Ill compile my list when I get a chance.

Forgot about Civ: Beyond Earth. It still doesn't have a release date beyond Fall 2014. Really depends on the release date then. If its Oct 7, then I'm out. Can't do 2 massive time sinks at the same time.

Yeah...soo...huge draw back of me wanting to be an all digital guy and day one guy....no deals for me...costing me an arm and a leg.

Get the physical games. You can then trade or sell them whenever you want to.

Just the PS4 Destiny bundle so far.

I usually pre-order games closer to release as Steam doesn't work like Amazon where they only charge when you get the game. Also, sometimes Gamestop has a pre-order bonus I'd like to get so I'll go through them.


Edit: Games I'm definitely getting unless I hear they royally suck:

DA Inquisition
LOTR Shadow of Mordor
Destiny (getting the PS4 bundle)

and maybe FarCry 4. I reinstalled FC3 and plan to play it, if I can finish it and end up loving it I'll get 4.

Since E3? Just Diablo III Ultimate Evil Edition, and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. I generally won't worry about pre-ordering Fall releases for another month or two. I have Dragon Age Inquisition reserved, and Tales of Xillia 2 paid off, but I did that weeks ago.
 
X1 games all at $20 off. For me, no point pre-ordering unless there's a deal. I was going to focus on 2014 games only, but I'd miss out on getting a deal on W3 and Division in case they release early in 2015. All major Canadian stores do E3 deals for about a week, so got to take advantage.

The country I live does not accept pre-order this early, but if I could I would have preordered GTA5, Sunset Overdrive and Forza Horizon 2. Apart from that, since Origin accepts preorder, I ordered Dragon Age Inquisition.

The way I look at it, it's a win win situation. If you decide to cancel, you can do so. But if you decide to keep it, you get 30% off each game.

Hmmm...two big fans of sim based racers, and neither of us have Project Cars on our list. Such a shame that they have not seized the E3 opportunity.
 
Yeah, I don't pre-order anymore. I'll buy digitally.

However, I had already pre-order Destiny to get into the Beta, but I'll cancel it in time to buy it digitally.

and

I only pre-ordered The Witcher 3 from GOG. I like those guys and CD Projekt Red. I was able to "backup" my steam copies of 1 and 2 and get them on GOG, which knocked the pre-order price down to $47.99. This game is probably my most anticipated game. I'm going to get a new PC at the end of the year to primarily play this game. :)
