Plainview's Stock Trading Thread...

Robinhood was the first stock app I ever signed up for so to see them pull this snake in the grass bullsh*t is frustrating.

maybe they’re not the ones doing it?

Its a combination. Citadel has a stake in Robinhood so my guess is that those stocks are ones they are heavily short in. They appear to be having clearing house issues and probably short on money in their own one.

Alright submitted my transfer to TDA. I know I'm going to take some loss because of it but I think the risk staying in robinhood is worse.

This really isn't the first time they have done something suspicious. Last year's leap day they were down the whole day, I had stuff I wanted to sell and ended up a bag holder.

It's simple and easy to use but everyone else has better tools available, once you know more what you're doing its best to move on anyway. I just started playing with TDA's thinkworm, its a lot to take in but I'm surprised how much it has, even free level 2 data. It also has widgets to play minesweeper and tetris on lol.

Edit: TDA's tool is actually called Thinkorswim but I can't stop reading it as Thinkworm. 🤷‍♂️

Really wonder what this week is going to look like for GME.

Sold my NAKD, made a whopping 42 cents nbd. I should have sold when I was up like $100 lol.

Gonna hold my AMC. Everything is tanking today lol

Yea I'm blocked on my trading too, such crap.

Make sure you hold guys, the big hedge funds are using bots to rapid fire sell the stock to each other at lower prices to drive the price down, they can't do it forever and when it stops we hopefully get a VW like squeeze.

When you look at buy/sell volume there actually isn't a lot of selling going on, just more manipulation techniques to scare people to sell.

I'm holding AMC as long as I can, hell I've already lost over half my investment lol.

Does anybody have a timetable on when they expect it to start rising again? Not expecting to double my money or anything, but if I can get back to ~$16 per share I might just cash out to break even.

Might be never.

Stocks are weird and wonderful things, it'll probably eventually go up to it's original price, might not, wall street is aware of people buying the stock and will probably play games with it to keep the price down.

I hope everyone that had GME got out of it before the illegal collusion between hedge funds and brokerages that killed the price.
