Should I buy GoW Ragnarok for $50 on sale? Still haven't played it. I know it is good, but I honestly don't know when I'll find the time to play it this fall. I have to admit, I'm not as high on the GoW series as some.
Also, can I save $10 and buy the PS4 version still and get the free upgrade?

As long as the box cover says it but I believe Ragnarok is not.

That's the thing, a lot of these games don't drop. I just bought GT7 last year and $50 was the cheapest.
I'll probably hold out until the holiday, but the price might not be any better.
Keep waiting until you have time. It might be on sale when you do have time.
I did just that. Finally caught it on sale. Will probably not play it til next year at this rate.
The funny thing is that the tiny hard drives on these consoles is probably the best thing for my backlog management. I don't have the space to buy these games and let them sit. It really forces me to play things through and get them off the drive, and not leave games 3/4 done or not started. 
I'll wait until the end of the year and see of GoW goes on sale even more. If anything, it will be the same price.

Pretty much every color PS Dualsense is $50 on Amazon right now.
So, had my PS5 seven months now, and honestly, it is a bit disappointing.
- Console is good.
- Controller is good.
- Haptic feedback is terrible.
- UI is fine. Customisation would be nice.
- Audio is too restrictive with Tempest the only option.
The real issue is games. I have played all major PS5 exclusives except GOW Ragnarok, Forspoken(demo was terrible), and FF16 (I don't support SE).
The good games imo (Not talking PS4 games with PS5 update): Returnal, Dark Souls, and that is about it. Everything else is kinda average. Even the Dark Souls is technically a PS3 game.
Such a shame.
