This year was supposed to be the chosen one, now it’s like return of the launch year directors cut

Don't see a full on showcase but maybe state of plays announcing more first party studios games.

This seems like copium for a lack luster show. But more power to Sony if they decide to give it another shot.

People are just guessing and hoping to be right based on the amount of first party games we don't know about.

But they will probably just announce a game or two at The Game Awards and maybe something on a State of Play and that will be that for the year.
