This is a LIVE animated wallpaper. Mario auto-runs through levels, trying to clear them. Levels are randomly generated so each run-through is different every time. You can also set it to use pre-determined levels to save battery. You can adjust the difficulty and the fps. There are 3 different stages it cycles through.
You cannot get this anymore on the google play store. I got it direct from the developer here:

Thanks, it kinda does, by the end of the day, I'm usually at around 50% battery, so I charge it up every night. When the phone is idle and the screen is off, it's in like a "pause" mode, because when I put the screen back on, it picks up where it left off, so it's not running 100% of the time technically. If I know I'll be somewhere without the ability to charge it for an extended time, I'll just disable live wallpapers all together.
