PlayStation Now is now available for Windows PC in North America following alaunch in Europe last week.

To play PlayStation Now titles on PC, you’ll need a compatible Windows PC, DualShock 4 wireless controller with USB mini cable (or with a wireless adaptor), a PlayStation Network account, a PlayStation Now subscription (or free trial), and a 5Mbps or greater internet connection.

$20 a month is too much. My advice is to wait for the sale Sony had 3 weeks ago - 12 month / $99 which comes to $8.33 per month.
