PS4 /Battlefield 4 No west coast servers?

I just realized this today while doing a server search. No wonder I never get full ping green bars.
Has this been the case since launch?

Battlefield 4 seems to be ridden with problems, and the PS4 being no exception. The game feels rushed to meet EA's tight schedule if you ask me.

Ok so we have west coast servers today and my ping bar has gone from 3 to 4 green bars on both coasts. I should be able to get 5 though in a DMZ for west coast.
